It has come to our attention that some individuals and organizations/agencies posing to be representatives of Aster DM Healthcare (and/or its group companies) are contacting people in different nations offering false employment opportunities at various positions and departments in the group. It has also been brought to our notice that they send fake e-mails to the potential job seekers luring them with job offers and appointment letters using the details of Aster DM Healthcare (and/or its group companies). The perpetrators often ask recipients to complete bogus recruitment documentation, such as application forms, terms, and conditions of employment or visa forms. These individuals/recruitment agencies are misguiding the job-seekers by promising them well-placed jobs with the company and asking them to deposit money under different pretexts like a security deposit, promising to cover the expenses for return airfare for the final round of interview, visa fees or any other reasons. Further, they are corresponding through fake letterheads and bogus mail ids. The emails are falsely stated to be from Aster DM Healthcare. The company’s name and logo are often featured on the documentation without authority.
