In accordance with our expanded universe we plan to mobilize our resources to consolidate and replicate the existing portfolio of Dr. Moopen’s Group, to evolve into DM Healthcare under which we will vertically integrate hospitals, medical centres, pharmacies and diagnostic centres under one name – Aster. As always, the plan includes bringing better expertise to experience. Aster will be the key driver in the future of the Group. Additionally, a five year roll out plan envisages an AED 1.2 billion investment in India and GCC countries. The ‘’Medcity’’ in Kerala, an array of greenfield projects, a venture into the next level of tertiary care to quaternary care, continuing CSR initiatives, thrust in insurance and education and building, 12 new hospitals, 75 clinics and 175 pharmacies are on the anvil.
